The aim of our Aftercare Plans is that we never need to attend to an emergency. These are prevented by routine proactive visits, monitoring the system remotely and being able to fault find and triage remotely without attending site.

However there are occasions where the isssue is complex and the diagnostic tools we have available to us are inconclusive.

In these instances we will send you a link to pay for an ad-hoc reactive callout. These are £345.00 + VAT for aftercare clients and covers a maximum visit of 4 hours. Payment will be required prior to an engineer being dispatched.

If you would like to pay in advance for these to remove the need for payment to be made on the day, we offer a 10% discounted rate if 2 or more callouts are paid for in advance. The rates are as follows:
