The Diamond Package is perfect for clients who require OOH cover and fast response times. Systems that are large and complex (often Crestron Custom). This will include:

  • 3 x preventative, proactive visits for a senior Aftercare engineer to test, check and update your system

  • Annual subscription to Domotz Network Monitoring System

  • Up to 18 hrs of in hours and out of hours offsite remote engineering support to diagnose faults, make programming changes and resolve issues

  • Unlimited in-hours telephone support

  • Access to online ticketing system for reporting issues and tracking their progress

  • 3 x out of hours half day engineering callouts to resolve any reported issues

  • £5,819 per year

The initial survey is required for us to see the current state of your smart home system. The survey will take about an hour (possibly longer depending on the complexity of your system).

Once the survey has been completed you will receive a report with our findings and recommendations (if there are any).
