Lutron Lighting Control

We provide expert support for Lutron HomeWorks QS, as well as wireless RA2 and RA3 systems.

Our team can assist with issues related to central enclosure modules and Lutron keypads, ensuring seamless operation.

As certified Lutron dealers, all our engineers are fully qualified Lutron programmers, enabling us to diagnose faults and make necessary programming adjustments.

Lutron Window Treatments

Our in-house Lutron window treatment specialists can assist with any issues related to Lutron Roller Blinds, Venetian Blinds, Roman Blinds, and Drapery/Curtain Tracks.

Lutron Halogen Compatibility Issues

We have extensive experience with older Lutron systems that pre-date the current HomeWorks QS specification, including Lutron Illumination and Lutron Interactive. These systems require expert attention for fault finding or upgrades to HomeWorks.

We have a great deal of experience working on these systems and can advise on the best path to remedy existing faults and minimise the costs associated with upgrading to HomeWorks.

Can you takeover a Lutron system you did not install?

Yes, absolutely. We specialise in taking over Lutron systems, and we pride ourselves on the extensive experience we have with these projects. While takeovers can often be complex - especially when full design or documentation is not provided—we are well-equipped to handle the challenge.

If your system was installed by another company and you’re experiencing issues or want to make changes, please get in touch. Our Technical Director will visit to assess your current setup and discuss your requirements, after which we’ll provide a tailored plan of action and the next steps.

I would like to upgrade my system, do you handle larger projects?

Yes, My AV Support is the dedicated Aftercare department for London & Surrey AV Solutions, specialising in both large new build construction projects and retrofit upgrade installations. Simply let us know your requirements, and we will provide a proposal with various options for you to consider.

How do I know which plan to choose?

The level of cover you need, and which plan to choose, depends on several factors. For example, the age of your system, its size, and the number of integrations it includes. A system that’s only 2 years old typically requires less proactive support than one that’s 8 years old, and in such cases, we might recommend the Silver Plan.

If your system integrates with AV, lighting, heating, blinds, CCTV, alarms, and covers a larger area—such as 5,000 sq ft - we would likely recommend the Gold Plan, which includes a regular proactive visit every 4 months.

Do you offer out-of-hours cover, 365 days a year?
