The Platinum Package is perfect for large properties, with complex systems or dated systems that require more attention. This will include:
6 x preventative, proactive visits for a senior Aftercare engineer to test, check and update your system
Annual subscription to Domotz Network Monitoring System
Up to 24hrs of in hours offsite remote engineering support to diagnose faults, make programming changes and resolve issues
Unlimited in-hours telephone support
Access to online ticketing system for reporting issues and tracking their progress
Total Cost: Β£5,999 per year (or Β£549 per month)
Book Your Initial Survey
The initial survey is required for us to see the current state of your smart home system. The survey will take about an hour (possibly longer depending on the complexity of your system).
Once the survey has been completed you will receive a report with our findings and recommendations (if there are any).
