Our Mini Package is perfect for smaller installations with either a single room or single system such as network or lighting.

  • Free initial consultation

  • 2 x mini preventative, proactive visits for a Senior Aftercare engineer to test, check and update your system for a maximum of a half day each visit

  • Annual subscription to Domotz Network Monitoring System and 4Sight (if Control4)

  • Up to 2hrs of in hours offsite remote engineering support to diagnose faults, make programming changes and resolve issues

  • Unlimited in-hours telephone support

  • Access to online ticketing system for reporting issues and tracking their progress

  • £1,640 per year

Please note that the Mini Package does not include reactive onsite visits. Our first point of call will be remote diagnostics and fault finding. If this does not resolve the issue and an engineer visit is needed the cost will be £345 + vat (max 4hr visit in hours). We will send you a payment link if a visit is needed and once payment has been made we can allocate the engineer.

If you would like to pay in advance for these visits we offer a discounted rate if 2 or more callouts are paid for in advance. Please click below for more information and pricing.

Once payment has been received we will add these prepaid visits to your account and if a site visit is needed the engineer can be automatically dispatched.

New to My AV Support? Book an initial Survey

The initial survey is required for us to see the current state of your smart home system. The survey will take about an hour (possibly longer depending on the complexity of your system).

Once the survey has been completed you will receive a report with our findings and recommendations (if there are any).
